Pre-Talk
We explain what hypnosis is and is not, address myths, build trust, and set a clear intention for your session. You need to practice suggested meditation for two weeks before joining the session.
Hypnosis Session
Relaxation and hypnotic induction, deepening techniques, therapeutic intervention, positive suggestions, reframing, or regression based on your needs.
Integration & Aftercare
Gradual emergence, discussion of insights, reinforcement of positive changes, aftercare recommendations, and follow-up planning.
